Welcome to Allsoft Solutions. By enrolling in our training courses and services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
1. Introduction
Allsoft Solutions agrees to provide, and the Customer agrees to undertake and pay for, the training courses and/or facilities under this agreement. The terms apply to courses conducted at the Customer’s premises, our training centers, or online.
2. Individual Courses
- Provisional course bookings for bespoke training may be made by telephone. However, final confirmation requires a signed agreement.
- For online courses, booking and registration are completed online, and access begins upon payment.
- We reserve the right to improve course specifications and formats without prior notice.
- We may reschedule or cancel a course if there are insufficient enrollments or unavoidable circumstances arise.
3. Cancellation & Rescheduling
- If a course is canceled or rescheduled due to unforeseen reasons, we will notify customers and offer a refund or reschedule option.
- We do not cover travel, accommodation, or incidental expenses due to course cancellations.
4. Training at Customer Premises
- The customer must provide a suitable training room with necessary facilities like lighting, power, and secure access.
- Customers must ensure that equipment is protected and will be liable for any damage to training materials or property.
5. Online Courses & Digital Content
- Access to streaming content will begin upon login, and the standard 14-day refund policy does not apply once the course starts.
- Customers must ensure they have the required technical setup to access the course.
6. Liability
We are not liable for any damages, loss, or injury that may occur due to misuse of our training materials, except in cases of negligence on our part.
